Casa Olives is a residence in Wadgaon, on the outskirts of Nashik, designed to engage with its contoured landscape and panoramic views. A continuous verandah links indoor and outdoor spaces, while a contour-responsive plinth and constant roofline create varied spatial experiences and a strong connection to nature.

La Mer

Villa La Mer is a luxury retreat beside Mukne Dam in Nashik, designed to embrace relaxed countryside living. A glass pavilion with recreational lounges opens onto landscaped lawns, while light-filled living spaces and a private swimming pool with deck and sit-outs create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Beyond By Sula

Beyond by Sula is a boutique resort along the backwaters of Gangapur Dam, designed to immerse guests in nature. Overlooking the dam, the resort features an infinity pool, landscaped courtyards, and sustainably crafted spaces built from recycled materials, with prefabricated construction enabling efficient assembly and high-quality execution.
